Most coworking hubs don't make money, and they struggle to survive. Now with the growth of global giants like WeWork, it is getting even harder. But it is still possible to build a successful, thriving space with a vibrant and engaged community.
We'll cover things right from the start, and look at how coworking works, how to create a viable business plan to build your community, and where to find space. You'll learn how to engage with landlords and developers, how to pitch your proposition, and how the financials work. We look into the logical steps you need to take, and why building your community first is essential. We'll deep dive into designing your space, making sure the launch is successful, and creating a sense of community that means people will want to join, will want to stay, and won't get poached by the inevitable competition.
